Our hostel truly is an Oasis, set in the heart of Bangkok.
We have a chilled garden bar where we enjoy BBQs, socializing, card games, jumping in the hot (cold) tub and meeting new travelers.
Within walking distance are some of Bangkok’s best tourist sites and there is everything you need around.
You can easily continue the party onto the famous Khao San Road which is a 5 minute walk away. When in need of a chilled night we have a big TV for garden cinema nights.
We have private rooms as well as dorms and the most comfortable, biggest beds for the best night’s sleep in Bangkok. Bathrooms are all shared and we have hot water showers.
We serve delicious Thai food at seriously reasonable prices and we have our own tour desk to help sort out all your travel needs. You can get your laundry done here and feel right at home whilst making new friends.
From the Airport:
Head to the first floor for a local Taxi, a Taxi on the Meter (with a 50 Baht Airport surcharge) to the hostel will be roughly 350 THB (not including Toll's if you take the expressway).
Alternatively to a Taxi, you could head to the basement and take the Airport link (monorail) to Phaya Thai (last station on the route) then jump in a Taxi or a TukTuk to the hostel. The monorail will cost 45 THB and the Taxi / TukTuk will be no more than 100 THB. You could also get a local bus from Phaya Thai to Ratchadamnoem (Royal Avenue), the bus number is 59 which will stop just behind Khao San Road.
From Don Muang Airport.
Don Muang Airport offers public bus services to Khaosan Road.
Head towards to Arrival area and just outside you will find the bus stop. Bus number 59 stops at Ratchadamnoen road, and from here it is just a 10 minute walk to The Oasis Hostel.
Other option would be to take a taxi from the airport directly. It will cost around 200 THB.
From the Train Station (Hua Lamphong):
Take a taxi from the Train Station directly to the hostel, this is the easiest option and will cost about 70 THB.
Alternatively you can catch the local bus (number 53) to Phra Athit Road for about 8 THB, then walk about 10 minutes to walk to the hostel.
If you arrive on a night-bus you will more than likely be dropped off on or nearby to Khao San Road. From there it is a short walk to the hostel.
We are open 364 days a year.
We open at 7.00 am - 11 pm. But always have staff on site.
